Funeral service for Regenia Waters Reed, 81, of Trinity will be Thursday, May 14 at 11 a.m. at First United Methodist Church on Market Street in Moulton. Visitation will be Wednesday from 5 to 7 p.m. at Parkway Funeral Home. Burial will be in Moulton Memory Gardens. The body will be at the church one hour before the service.
Mrs. Reed was a graduate of Lawrence County High School class of 1952. She was retired from Lawrence County school system. She and her husband, Billy, had a family peach business in Caddo for more than 50 years.
She is survived by her husband, Billy D. Reed; three sons, Tim Reed (Joy), Dwain Reed, Joel Reed; and a daughter, Elizabeth Reed Jones (Ned); five grandchildren, Andrew Reed, Caitlin Reed, Michael Reed, Ethan Jones and Ellery Jones; three brothers, Rivard Melson, Royce Melson and Raybon Melson.
Donations may be made to First United Methodist Church in Moulton.
