Bessie Faye Banks, age 78, of Huntsville, died on Wednesday April 29, 2015.
Mrs. Banks is preceded in death by her husband, Edward Banks; her son, Keith Banks; her parents, Aubrey and Jerusha Grider; her brothers, Perry Grider and Hurley Grider; and her sisters, Mazie Grider and Darlene Swing.
Mrs. Banks is survived by her son, Roger Banks of Huntsville; her sisters, Billie Johnson of Federal Way, WA, Gayle Maliskey of Huntsville, Regina Pipes (George) of Hazel Green, Rita Woosley (Bobby) of Scottsboro, and Vickie Myers ( Tory) of Scottsboro; her brother, Michael Grider (Glenda) of Scottsboro; 7 Grandchildren; and several great grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.
A graveside service will be held on Saturday May 2, 2015 at 10:00 am at Maple Hill Cemetery with burial to follow. The family will receive friends on that day from 8:30 am until 9:30 am at Spry Funeral Home of Huntsville.
