Funeral services for Mr. Roby Clois Wood, age 83, are scheduled for 4 PM, Wednesday, April 8, 2015, in the chapel of Pafford Funeral Home with Bro. Randall Woods and Bro. Tim Maness officiating. Interment will follow in Mazies Chapel Cemetery. Mr. Wood passed away late Monday in Lexington. He was born September 14, 1931 in Henderson County to the late Olen B. and Lou Annie Roberts Wood. He was a retired drywall worker. He was preceded in death by his wife, Mrs. Madge Wood; four brothers, Lanoice, Willie B., Jerry, and Larry Wood; and two sisters, Shirley Wood and Virginia Robbins. Survivors include his daughter, Gail (Richard) Turner of Murfreesboro; three brothers, Harold, James, and Daryl Wood of Lexington; four sisters, Peggy Tart, Dorothy Byers, and Patsy Dennison of Lexington, and Alma Forrester of Chicago.
