John “Johnny” William McCulley, Jr. age 59 of Athens, passed away Sunday, March 22, 2015 at Huntsville Hospital. Mr. McCulley was born June 29, 1955 in Knox County, TN to John William McCulley, Sr. and Robbie Harrison McCulley.
Services will be Wednesday, March 25, 2015 12:00 p.m., at Lindsay Lane Baptist Church with Dusty McLemore officiating. Visitation will be Wednesday, from 10:00 a.m. until 11:45 a.m. prior to the service. Burial will be in Roselawn Cemetery. Limestone Chapel Funeral Home assisting the family.
Mr. McCulley was a member of Lindsay Lane Baptist Church and employed at Madison County School System.
Survived by his mother, Robbie Rucker of Athens; one daughter, Ashley McCulley Dean and husband, Jonathan of Athens; one son, Matthew McCulley of Alexandria, VA; two sisters, Sandra Miller of Athens and Betty Ann McNatt of South Haven, MS; two grandchildren, Alyssa Dean and Annyston Dean both of Athens.
Pallbearers will be Greg Balch, John Romine, Tom Pieplow, Rocky Beck, Michael Beck and Robert Beck. Honorary pallbearer will be Gary Aderholt.
