Funeral services for Ms. Thelma Oneda Garner, age 79, are scheduled for 2 PM on Sunday February 15, 2015 at Old Jacks Creek Church with Bro. Sammy McAdams officiating. Burial will follow in the church cemetery. Ms. Oneda passed away on Friday February 13, 2015 in Lexington, TN. Born September 26, 1935 in Henderson County, TN to the late James Roy and Johnnie Douglas Garner, Ms. Oneda was a retired employee of Johnson Control and a member of Old Jacks Creek. She enjoyed flowers and playing cards. Ms. Oneda was preceded in death by three brothers; Matthew, J H, and Merle Garner and one sister Lilian Garner. Survivors include her three sons; Rocky (Rhonda) Wallace, Roger Wallace, and Rodney (Amy) Wallace, daughter, Shelia Webb (Danny), brother, Emmit (Helen) Garner, sister, Graple Miles, 15 grandchildren and 24 great grandchildren.
