Hugh L. Vaden Jr., of Florence, passed away Feb. 8, 2015, at ECM Hospital after an extended illness.
Visitation will be today from 6-9 p.m. at Greenview Funeral Home. The funeral service will be Wednesday, Feb. 11, 2015, at 11 a.m. in Greenview Memorial Chapel with Johnny Richardson officiating. Burial will follow in Tri-Cities Memorial Gardens.
Mr. Vaden is survived by his wife of 52 years, Shirley Vaden, and daughter, Deborah Pendergrass (Steve), all of Florence; sons, Rodney Vaden (Chrissi), of Nashville, Tennessee, and Steven Vaden, sister, Maria Vaden, and brother, Johnny Vaden, all of Florence; ten grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren; and numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Pallbearers will be Keith Nix, Greg Nix, Jimmy Ray Nix, Alex Weaver, Brandon Leahy, and Tony Burns.
