Funeral service for Mrs. Phititle (“Tina”) Carthen Howell will be Saturday, February 7, 2015 at 12:00 noon at Madkins Chapel Cumberland Presbyterian Church in America (2403 Oakwood Road – Huntsville, AL) with Pastor Endia J. Scruggs officiating. Mrs. Howell will be placed in the church one hour prior to the funeral service. Interment will be in Madison Memory Gardens. Visitation will be Friday, February 6, 2015 from 6:00 to 7:00 p.m. at the Nelms Memorial Funeral Home Chapel.
