Allan Ray Massey, age 60, of Florence, Alabama, died Friday, Jan. 16, 2015. Visitation will be 1-2 p.m. Monday, Jan. 19, at Morrison Funeral Home, Central Heights. The funeral will follow at 2 p.m. in the funeral home chapel. Interment will be in Central Heights Community Cemetery. Larry Young and Raymond Howard will be officiating.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Eldridge and Shelda Massey, and Roy Massey, and brother, Dennis Massey.
He was employed by AT&T and Bellsouth for over 30 years as an engineer and a Central Office Manager.
Survivors include his daughter, Kelley Massey; fiancé, Missy Cupp; brothers, Dewayne Massey, Glenn Massey and Phillip Massey; sister, Joyce Massey Davis; grandchildren, Will Massey, Carter Simpson and Hunter Riley.
Pallbearers will be Dewayne Massey, Glenn Massey, Phillip Massey, Billy Griffith, Royce Green and Terry Joe Pitts. Honorary pallbearers will be Randy Putman and Chuck Nixon.
