Margaret Nell Rolin, 65, of Elkton, Tennessee, passed away on Friday, January 16, 2015, at Limestone Health Facility in Athens, Alabama.
Born Sunday, February 13, 1949 in Meridianville, Alabama, she was the daughter of the late Joe Walter Summers and the late Annie Sue Tipton Summers. She was preceded in death by brother, Curtis Summers, and sister, Wanda Barron.
She was a lifelong resident in this area and was a member of Pleasant Hill United Methodist Church. She was a homemaker, quilter, machinist, caregiver, hardware sales woman and a housekeeper.
Surviving are son, Shan (Mattea) Rolin, Chattanooga, TN, daughter; Malaya (Jeremy) MacMurray, Athens, AL, sisters; Joyce Tipton, Ardmore, TN, Sara Campbell, Ardmore, AL, Nancy Todd, Pulaski , TN and Sharon Lewis, Toney, AL, grandchildren; Ellie, Anna Belle, Samual, and Lizzie MacMurray and Wally Rolin.
Visitation will be Sunday, January 18, 2015 from 1:00 until 2:00 PM with a Memorial Service to follow at 2:00 PM at Ardmore Chapel Funeral Home.
A private family burial will be held on Sunday, January 18, 2015, in Pleasant Hill Cemetery with Bro. Richard Garland officiating.
In lieu of flowers, the family request that donations be made to Hospice of Limestone County.
