Judy Ashmore Bates, age 68, of Summertown, TN passed away Friday, January 09, 2015 at her residence. She was a native of Lawrence County, TN, homemaker, and a member of Summertown Baptist Church.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Roy J. and Genieve Baker Ashmore; her brother-in-law, Jerry Haddock; and one niece, Jana Haddock.

Arrangements are being handled by Neal Funeral Home, 231 N. Military Avenue, Lawrenceburg, Tennessee. The family will receive friends from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM Monday, January 12, 2015 at Neal Funeral Home. Funeral services will be conducted at Neal Funeral Home at 1:00 PM Tuesday, January 13, 2015, with Howard Kitter officiating. Interment will follow at Lawrence County Memorial Gardens in Lawrenceburg, TN.
