Mrs. Lucille Chandler McCormick, 94, of Bluff Road, Boaz, Alabama, died Wednesday, Jan. 7, 2015, at her daughter’s residence.
Graveside service will be Friday, Jan. 9, 2015, Two o’clock P.M. at Forrest Home Cemetery. Bro. David Pair will be officiating. McRae Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements. Visitation will be Friday from 11:00 a.m. until 1:00 p.m. at the funeral home.
Mrs. McCormick was born in Alabama on Sept. 6, 1920 to F.M. & Zora Smith Chandler. She worked many years at H.D. Lee.
Mrs. McCormick is survived by her Son & Daughter-in-Law: Earl & Lou Ann McCormick of Altoona, Daughters & Sons-in-Law: Julia & Ray Winchester and Clara & Tony Davis all of Boaz, 9 Grandchildren, 16 Great Grandchildren and 7 Great Great Grandchildren, Host of Nieces and Nephews, Special caregiver: Joyce Thomas. Mrs. McCormick was preceded in death by her Husband: Tom N. McCormick and Daughter: Jeanette McCormick Ledbetter.
Pallbearers will be friends and family.
