Charles Edward Mathews, 53, Florence, AL, passed away Sunday, December 7, 2014, at ECM Hospital.
He was a native of Montgomery, but had lived in the Florence area for several years.
Graveside service will be Wednesday, December 10, 2014, 1 p.m. at Osborn Hill Cemetery in Littleville with Rev. James Storie officiating. Burial will follow immediately after the service.
Survivors include children, Edward Paul Mathews, Joshua Mathews, Carley Mathews, Lindsey Mathews; mother, Christine D. Gaskell; father, Charles M. Mathews; grandchild, Madison Mathews; sisters, Beth Mecke, Gail Knes, Sherrie Mathews; brother, Charles Mathews, Jr.; several nieces and nephews.
