Funeral services for Cynthia J. Pruett, age 57, are scheduled for 11 AM, Thursday, December 11, 2014 in the chapel of Pafford Funeral Home with Bro. Tim Baker and Bro. Mark McCaslin officiating. Interment will follow in Pleasant Hill Cemetery. Miss Pruett passed away late Monday in Jackson. She was born May 16, 1957 in Jackson to the late Ed and Jo Reba Pruett. She was a retired secretary for the State of Tennessee, was a member of Center Ridge United Methodist Church, and loved reading, computers, and spending time with her family. Survivors include her two sisters, Charlotte Pruett of Lexington and Regina Pruett of Cedar Grove; her brother, Tony (Debbie) Pruett of Cedar Grove; two nephews, Eddie (Jessi) Pruett and Robert (Tera) Pruett; one niece, Courtney Woods; four great nephews, Leith Greer, Alex, Clay, and Anthony Pruett; and a host of extended family and friends. She was preceded in death by one sister, Loretta Woods.
