TUSCUMBIA-Charles Kyle Adcock, former Youth Minister at Highland Park Methodist Church on Woodward Avenue will is facing a grand jury indictment. He has been charged with 9 counts of sodomy and 22 counts of rape. Adcock has been accused of having sexual relations with a girl under the age of 16. The sexual acts allegedly took place between 2010 and 2012 at Adcock’s home and at the church
Adcock charged with rape and sodomy bonded out of Colbert County jail last month. It was ruled that the former youth minister could post bond and return to Texas with his parents until he was required to appear in court.
