Lenese Malone Cagle, 94, of Decatur, passed away on November 1, 2014, at her residence. Funeral services will be Tuesday, November 4, 2014, at 2 p.m. at Roselawn Funeral Home Chapel with Brother Steve Smith officiating. Visitation will be tonight, November 3, 2014, from 6 to 8 p.m. at the funeral home. Burial will be in Roselawn Cemetery.
She was a loving wife of 63 years, and loved all her family. She was a longtime member of Beltline church of Christ.
Mrs. Cagle was preceded in death by her husband of 63 years, Millard Cagle; parents, Houston and Lidia Malone; and daughter, Catheline Cagle.
Mrs. Cagle is survived by her sons, Paul M. Cagle (Brenda) and Jeff M. Cagle, both from Decatur; daughter, Josephine Bates (Bobby) of Trinity; brothers, Amos Malone and Robert Malone; sister, Faye Kennett, all of Tri-Cities; grandchildren, Sheila Biggs of North Carolina, Sherry Chamberlin, Wayne Bates, both from Trinity, Todd Cagle of Decatur, Jessica Gilmore and Lana Cagle from Louisiana and Beau Cagle of Fort Worth, Tx; great-grandchildren, Jackson, Charlie and Georgia Gilmore, all from Louisiana, Alana Bates, Rigsby Chamberlin, Stephanie Jenkins, Joe Daniel Biggs and Marlana Haggermaker.
