Minnie Pearl Davis, 88, of Iuka, Mississippi, died Sunday, September 14, 2014, at the Tishomingo Community Living Center. She was a member of Friendship Baptist Church. She enjoyed crocheting, quilting, traveling, and spending time with her family. Visitation is scheduled for 4 until 8 PM on Monday, September 15 at Cutshall Funeral Home in Iuka. Funeral services are scheduled for 1 PM on Tuesday, September 16, 2014, at Cutshall Funeral Home Chapel in Iuka, officiated by Bro. Bobby Christian. Interment will follow in Old Pleasant Hill Cemetery. Pallbearers include Jason Flatt, Brandon Miller, Jacob Trimble, Jacob Fullington, Tristian Cogdell, and Jonathan Cogdell. Cutshall Funeral Home of Iuka, MS is entrusted with arrangements. Survivors include 1 son – Nathan King (Rose) of Greenville, IN; 1 daughter – Brenda Ann Davis of Henderson, TN; 1 sister – Allie Mae Romans of Cherokee, AL; 12 grandchildren; 25 great grandchildren; and 27 great great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husbands, John Hillman King and A.C. “Buddy” Davis; her parents, B.F. and Myrtie Mosley; her son, Arthur Ray Davis; her daughter, Zelda Ann Vinson; two brothers; and five sisters.
