ryanGaven was a 2014 graduate of Lexington High School, a member of Christian Fellowship in Leoma, TN, a member of Lexington Volunteer Fire Department and North Alabama Coal Rollers. Gaven had such a big heart. So many people have been touched by his kind heartedness or his big teddy bear hugs. Gaven loved life. He loved being with his family and his many friends. He loved his truck that affectionately referred to as ” The Blue Smurf”. Gaven will forever be cherished in our hearts. Please share Gaven’s life testimony: “Love like Gaven because Gaven loved Jesus”. Funeral Services will be held at 2:00 P.M. on Sunday, September 7, 2014 at Loretto Memorial Chapel. T.R. Williams will be officiating. Burial to follow in Hickory Flat Cemetery. Visitation will be from 3:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. on Saturday, September 6, 2014 at Loretto Memorial Chapel. Survivors include his loving family: Father- Robbie Gray of Lexington, AL; Mother- Pamela Wright Gray of Lexington, AL; Love & Sweetheart- Holley Hurn of Lexington, AL; Paternal Grandmother- Shelby Gray Church & husband Zollie of Lexington, AL; Maternal Grandparents- Turner Dee & Mary Frances Wright of Lexington, AL; 3 Uncles- Tom D. Wright & wife Denise of Five Points, TN; Richie Gray & wife Kathy of Lexington, AL; Roger W. Gray of Anderson, AL; 2 Aunts- Belinda Garner & husband Mark of Greenhill, AL; Ginda Gentry of Lexington, AL; Special Cousins that thought of him as their lil/big brother; Lee Wright & wife Malorie, Kaleb Gray, Amber Shook & husband Todd, Brock Gentry, Whitney Pearson & husband Shane, Adrien, KY, & Brook Wright, and the lil shooklins as he called them, Kutter, Brylee, & Matti Grayson, “Lil Red” & Ivy Lee Wright, Erica Wright, James, Kendra, & TJ Gray. His beloved pets Bella & Max. Preceded in death by: Grandfather- Robert Earl Gray; Cousin- Ashley Brooke Wright; Uncle- David Gentry; The family would like to express their gratitude for the prayers, love, & support expressed to us during this tragic time in our lives.
