Katie Olene Glasscock, 90, of Trinity, died Sunday afternoon, August 17, 2014, at her home in Trinity. Ms. Glasscock was born in Morgan county on May 10, 1924, to Tommie Franklin and Susie Frances Murphy. She was a retiree of Delphi in Decatur and loved gardening and spending time with her great- grandchildren.
She is survived by two sisters, Faye Scott of Huntsville and Gwen Crooms of Hanceville; son, Victor Glasscock (Jeannette) of Trinity; two grandsons, Chris Glasscock (Crystal) of Danville and Mike Glasscock of Trinity; and two great- grandchildren, Lauren Turrentine and Kasey Glasscock, both of Danville. Arrangements will remain private.
