Bernice Mae Smith, 84, Phil Campbell, passed away Saturday, August 09, 2014 at Helen Keller Hospital.
She is survived by her children, Andrew Smith, Janet Aycock, Ray Smith, David Smith, Kathy Smith, Judy Hulsey; 22 grandchildren; 38 great-grandchildren; brother, Anthony Hyde; and several nieces & nephews. She was preceded in death by her husband Grady Alonzo Smith; daughter, Shirley Scott; parents, Percy David & Fannie Michaels; brothers, Mike Michaels, Virgil Michaels.
There will be no public visitation. The family will have a graveside prayer at 3:00 p.m. Monday, August 11, 2014 at King Cemetery, Lawrence County.
Spry Memorial Chapel assisted the family.
