Melbaline Holland age 83, of Leighton, passed away Friday August 1, 2014.Visitation will be Saturday August 2, 2014 6-9 p.m. at Colbert Memorial Chapel the funeral service will be Sunday August 3, 2014 at 2:00 p.m. with burial to follow in Colbert Memorial Gardens. Brother Truman Sutton officiating.
Mrs. Holland was preceded in death by her parents Oscar and Gladys Robbins

Mrs. Holland is survived by daughters Nancy Smith (Dwayne), daughter-in law Elaine Holland, grandchildren Brandy Holland McCannon (Greg),Denny Holland(Laura), Amanda Todd(Daniel), Brooke Cunningham(Daniel).Nine great-grand-children. Brothers: Billy, Junior, Jerry and Jimmy Robbins, Sisters: Christine Cornelius, Pauline Scoggins, Janie Grace, Kaye Lemeir
Pallbearers are Carl Darby, Anthony Robbins, Randy Knight, Richard Cornelius, Steve Robbins and Eddie Yielding.
Her life’s work was in nursing, she was a member of the Cowboy Church of Colbert County.
