Ruth Taylor Weaver – Obituary

Ruth Taylor Weaver, 71, of the Patton Flat community, died Sunday, July 27, 2014, at the North Mississippi Medical Center. She was born September 13, 1942, to Dolphus and Cora Mae Taylor Cleveland. She was a homemaker and enjoyed cooking, gardening, and needle work.

Services will be at 11 a. m. Tuesday, July 29, at the McNeece-Morris Funeral Home Chapel in Fulton. Burial will be in the Weaver Family Cemetery.

Survivors include two sons, Chad Weaver (Betsy) and Stuart Weaver (Niki), and three grandchildren, Cody Weaver, Mason Weaver, and Madison Weaver, all of the Patton Flat community; two brothers, James Cleveland (Jody) of Fairview and Doyle Cleveland of Winthrop Harbor, IL.

She was preceded in death by her husband of 48 years, Charles Weaver, who died March 8, 2014; three sisters, Rena Johnson, Ouida Steele, and Mavis Moses; and four brothers, J. V. Cleveland, Dilbert Cleveland, Leroy Cleveland, and Lelan Cleveland.

Pallbearers will be Phillip Cleveland, Steve Cleveland, Jeff Cleveland, Gary Hamm, and Tim Hayes.

Visitation will be from 5 to 8 p. m. Monday, July 28, and will continue from 7 a. m. until service time Tuesday at the funeral home.
