James Dean Davis, age 29, of Tuscumbia, passed away July 4, 2014. Visitation will be Thursday, July 10, 2014, from 10 a.m. until noon at Pride Baptist Church, Tuscumbia. A graveside service will begin at 12:30 p.m. at Harris Chapel Cemetery, Cherokee.
Mr. Davis was employed with North Alabama Lighting.
He is survived by his sons, Brice and Drayvin Davis; mother, Frances Ponder; father, Monroe Ponder and wife, Paulette Nix; sister, Krystal Ponder; stepsister, Melissa Nix; stepbrother, Matthew Nix; special aunt, Debbie Grenert; and numerous loving aunts and uncles.
Pallbearers will be Corey Garner, Brinnon Holiday, Jarrel Johnson, Nathan Grenert, Ricky Rivers, and James Rivers.
