Kenneth “Kenny” Wayne Watkins Jr., 49, died July 1, 2014. Graveside service will be today at 5:45 p.m. at Sylone Cemetery. Visitation will be from 3 to 5 p.m. at McConnell Funeral Home. He is survived by his wife, Barbara Watkins.
