 Athens Lions Club Kiddie Carnival
June 26 through Aug. 2 on Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays, 6:30-9:30 p.m. (closed on July 4), 309 E. Street.
10 rides for toddlers and small children to enjoy. Concessions including popcorn, Sno cones, cotton candy, funnel cakes, sandwiches and drinks. Older kids and adults can enjoy bingo. Rides require ticket purchases.

Find locally made pieces of art, enjoy music and more as you stroll around the courthouse among artists’ booths. More than 20 artists have applied as vendors. Sponsored by the Athens Arts League.

Saturday, July 9 (RESCHEDULED DATE), 5 p.m., Sheriff’s Rodeo Arena

Free event, but donations accepted. Proceeds are going to the expansion project / building fund.
