Ralph W. Pylant, of Huntsville, Alabama passed away on June 2, 2014. He was 73. He was born in Madison County and lived in the area his entire life except during his military service with the United States navy. Mr. Pylant was preceded in death by his parents Clint and Mae Pylant and one brother, Harold Pylant and his beloved sister Margaret “Margo” Barry.
Survivors include two children, Susan Pylant-Poe of Heber Springs, Arkansas, Keith W. Pylant of Huntsville, four sisters, Pat Cook (Don) of Huntsville; Betty Dempsey, (Bob) of Big Cove, Nancy Leslie (Bobby) of Huntsville, Kathy Williams (Danny) of Hollytree, one aunt Kitty Sisco, several nieces and nephews along with his best friend Carol Wilson, not to mention his dog Dennis who was also his best friend and faithful companion. Mr. Pylant had several close friends including the Harley Buddies and was an avid motorcycle rider.
Services will be held at Cameron Church receiving friends from 12:00pm to 1:00pm with service at 1:00pm and a graveside service immediately following. Officiating Harold Fanning with Berryhill Funeral Home assisting the family.
