Her Husband- Randy Spurgeon of Leoma, TN, 1-Son- Jacob Meyers of Leoma, Tn.2-Daughters- Adrianna Meyers of Leoma, TN and Natasha Spurgeon of Leoma, TN Parents- Bobby & Beverly Gambrell of Lawrenceburg, TN. 2-Brothers- Justin Gambrell and Joe Gambrell of Lawrenceburg, TN.1-Sister- Carol Henson of Lawrenceburg, TN, Several Nieces & Nephews Also Survive. Jeremiah Cribb will be officiating burial will follow in Bumpas Cemetery
