Nancy Kelley Spires, 86, of Florence, passed away May 27, 2014 at Mitchell Hollingsworth. She was a member of Fairview Baptist Church.
Visitation will be Saturday, May 31, 2014 from 12 – 1 p.m. at Greenview Funeral Home. The funeral service will begin at 1 p.m. in Greenview Memorial Chapel with Rev. William Brewer officiating. Burial will follow in Greenview Memorial Park.
Mrs. Spires was preceded in death by her husband of 33 years, Gareld Spires.
She is survived by her sons, Larry Spires (Pat) of Florence, Jimmy Spires (Beverly) of Mountain Top, PA, Timmy Spires of Wetumpka, AL; daughter, Brenda Harris of Florence; grandchildren, Keri Bates, Mona James (Ronny), Brandy Jones (Chris), Samantha and Christopher Spires; ten great-grandchildren.
Pallbearers will be family and friends.
The family would like to extend a special thanks to the staff of Mitchell Hollingsworth and Gentiva Hospice for taking good care of our mother.
