Philip Joseph Kemper, age 82, of Lawrenceburg, TN passed away Thursday, May 22, 2014 at NHC Healthcare of Scott in Lawrenceburg, TN. He was a native of Lawrenceburg, TN, and owner/operator of Lawrenceburg Communications – Communication Services for over 58 years.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Joseph Bernard “Joe” and Cecelia Widmer Kemper; his first wife, Corinne Johnston Kemper; and one daugher, Michelle Kemper Bottoms.

Arrangements are being handled by Neal Funeral Home, 231 N. Military Avenue, Lawrenceburg, Tennessee. The family will receive friends from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM Sunday, May 25, 2014 at Neal Funeral Home. Funeral services will be conducted at Neal Funeral Home at 1:00 PM Monday, May 26, 2014, with Darrell Maggard officiating. Interment will follow at Lawrence County Memorial Gardens in Lawrenceburg, TN.
