Mrs. Margaret R. Norton, 84, of Courtland died Friday, April 25th. at Cypress Cove Center in Muscle Shoals, AL. There will be a graveside service Sunday, April 27th. at 2:00 at Elmwood Cemetery.
Mrs. Norton a retired superviso0r of Exceptional Education for Lawrence County. She was a graduate of Florence State and the University of Alabama and a long time resident of Courtland, AL.
She is survived by 2 daughters; Nancy Norton Latchem of Killen, AL and Emily Norton of Cullman, AL., 2 sisters; Martha Bynum Williams and Wilda Bynum, 4 grandchildren; Ed Simmons, Eran Shelton, Michael Norton and Casey Norton, 2 great grandchildren; Allen Shelton and Chloe Shelton.
