Virginia Jane Brown age 65 of Athens, passed away Wednesday, April 16, 2014 at her residence. Mrs. Brown was born October 1, 1948 in Indiana to Stanley Johnson and Dorothy McElwain Johnson.
Services will be Tuesday, April 22, 2014 2:00 p.m., at Limestone Chapel Funeral Home with Donald Terry officiating. Visitation will be Tuesday, from 12:00 p.m. until 1:45 p.m. prior to the service.
Preceded in death by her parents, Stanley and Dorothy Johnson.
Survived by her husband, Richard Brown of Athens; daughter, Jennifer Pierce and husband, Jim; son, Jeffrey Roberts and wife, Michelle; 26 grandchildren; 8 great-grandchildren; brother, Daniel Johnson and wife, Sue; sister, Julie Seda and husband, Rey.
