Danny Wells, 61, Russellville, passed away on Wednesday, March 12, 2014, at Walker Baptist Medical Center, Jasper.
The visitation will be 10- 11 a.m. today at Spry Memorial Chapel, Russellville. The funeral will follow at 11 a.m. in the chapel. Officiating will be Brother Leonard Rigsby. Burial will be at Halltown Cemetery.
He is survived by his children, Katrina Wells (Chris Weeks) and Josh Yancey; grandchildren, Madison Wells, J.C. Milam, and Tasha, Nathan, Joseph, and Zoe Yancey; mother, Betty Wells; sister, Debbie Wells Smith (St. Cloud, Fla.), and David Wells (Tuscaloosa); and several aunts, uncles, and cousins.
He was preceded in death by father, Myron Jack Wells, and grandparents, Arlie and Beechum Townsend and George and Pearl Wells.
The family would like to extend a special thanks to Alabama Hospice, Holly Cunningham, Cindy Arnold, and Brother Leonard Rigsby for the love and care shown our family.
