Funeral service for Lou Etta Speegle, 76, will be Thursday, March 6, 2014 at 1:00 PM at Peck Funeral Home Chapel with Bro. Clyde Ledlow officiating and Peck Funeral Home directing.Burial will be in Hartselle Memorial Gardens. Visitation will be Wednesday, March 5, 2014 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the funeral home.
Mrs. Speegle died on Monday, March 3, 2014 at Cedar Springs Assisted Living. She was born June 2, 1937, in Morgan County to John T. Thompson and Iva L. Strickland Thompson . She was a member of Walnut Grove Baptist Church and was a secretary for NARCOG. She was preceded in death by her husband: Perry Speegle, her parents, a brother: Ophir Thompson and a sister: Vernora Patterson.
