Richard W. Franks, 77, died Thursday, Jan. 23, 2014. Visitation will begin at 5 p.m. today and will continue until 3 p.m. Sunday at Liberty Chapel in East Franklin. Services will be 3 p.m. Sunday at the church, with burial in Oak Grove Cemetery. Akins Funeral Home is directing.
