Rickey W. Kinard, 58, Spruce Pine, passed away Saturday, Jan. 18, 2014, at Russellville Hospital.
He lived his entire life in Franklin County and attended the Spruce Pine Baptist Church. He was employed by G and G Steel.
The family will receive friends today from 10 a.m. until noon at Pinkard Funeral Home, Russellville. The funeral service will follow at noon with Merrell Potter officiating. Burial will be in Spruce Pine Cemetery.
He is survived by his wife, Evelyn J. Kinard.
He was preceded in death by parents, Orbie and Edna Ray Kinard.
