Erwin “Erv” Corban, age 64, of Pinson, Ala., died Sunday, Jan. 5, 2014. Visitation will be Friday, Jan., 10, 2014, 6-9 p.m., at Morrison Funeral Home, Tuscumbia.
His funeral service will be Saturday at noon in the funeral home chapel with Breanna Thompson delivering the eulogy.
Erv was a native of Chicago, Ill. and was retired as a driver with Pace Trucking. He loved spending time with his grandchildren.
He is survived by his wife, Janice Behel Corban; sons, David Corban (Mike), Brian Corban (Kendra), and Stephen Behel (Sha); daughters, Stephanie Christensen (Charles) and Michele Thompson (Jason): sister, Judy Waters; brother, Jimmy Rhodes (Kendra); grandchildren, Nicolle Behel, Jeremy Booth, Wesley Christensen, Breanna Thompson, Joseph Thompson, James (JT) Thompson, William Thompson, and Kinzley Behel; nephew, Bruce Waters Jr.; and niece, Ashlyn Rhodes.
