Thomas Doyle Ozbirn, 67, died Thursday, Dec. 5, 2013. Visitation will be 5-8 p.m. Sunday and 8-11 a.m. Monday at Deaton Funeral Home, Belmont, Miss. Services will be 11 a.m. Monday at the funeral home chapel. He was retired after 20 years in the U.S. Air Force.
