Tom L. Smith, 77, of Iuka, Mississippi, died Thursday, November 28, 2013, at his residence. He was a member of Mt. Gilead Baptist Church. He enjoyed working, and refurbishing old cars. He loved running his business, and enjoyed taking care of his customers. Visitation is scheduled for 6 until 9 PM on Saturday, November 30 at Cutshall Funeral Home in Iuka. Funeral services are scheduled for 3 PM on Saturday, November 30, 2013, at Cutshall Funeral Home Chapel in Iuka, officiated by Bro. Ken Garner and Bro. Allen Osborn. Interment will follow in Oak Grove Cemetery. Pallbearers include Jerry Cummings, David Gist, Jerod George, A.C. Morgan, Greg Adams, and Casey Lambert. Honorary bearers will be Leslie Blaylock, Jerry Bonds, Larry Bonds, Jack Cummings, Glen Hodge, Stanley Smith, Herman Nunley, and Buddy Smith. Cutshall Funeral Home of Iuka, MS is entrusted with arrangements. He is survived his wife, Fannie Smith of Iuka; 1 son – Adam Smith (Reneta) of Iuka; 1 daughter – Tommie Carol Garner (Ken) of Harvest, AL; 4 grandchildren and 8 great grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents, Lee S. Smith and Elvie Olive Smith; 3 brothers and 1 sister.
