Funeral services for Mrs. Eddie “Fay” Lovell, age 77, are scheduled for 11 AM, Friday, November 29, 2013 in the chapel of Pafford Funeral Home with Bro. Lewis Screws officiating. Interment will follow in Independence Cemetery. Mrs. Lovell passed away Wednesday in Lexington. She was born June 4, 1936 in Lexington to the late Albert and Addie Horton Greenway. She was former restaurant worker and worked at True Value Hardware. She was a member of Union Grove Baptist Church and loved gardening, flowers, reading, and sewing. She was preceded in death by her husband, Mr. Bobby Lovell, two brothers, Vernon and Junior Greenway, and a sister, Mary Forgette. Survivors include her two sons, Jerry (Martha) Lovell and Jimmy (Nikki) Lovell; three daughters, Gail (Steve) Brasher, Paulette (Don) Melton, and Sherry (Norm) Laramee; her sister, Opal Byrd; six grandchildren, Jessica James, Tonya Mitchell, Richard Lewis, Jill Lewis, Matthew Lovell, and Shelby Osborne; and seven great grandchildren.
