WILSON PARK – It was a sultry-hot afternoon in Florence. But the heat and humidity evidently didn’t keep anybody at home. A big crowd showed up to hear Muscle Shoals music at the 2013 Shindig, sponsored by award winning clothing designer, Billy Reid.
The music was performed by world famous Muscle Shoals artists. A partial listing of artists and bands who appeared includes The Pollies, The Pyles, Belle Adair, The Bear, St. Paul and The Broken Bones, world famous band The Decoys, Donnie Fritts and Spooner Oldham. By any measure, Mr. Reid knows how to throw a party.
