Timothy Dwayne Watkins, 57 of Smyrna, Tennessee died on Saturday, July 20, 2013, at his home.
He was born on Sunday, April 29, 1956 in Ypsilanti, Michigan, he was the son of the late Glenn Watkins and Bertha Watkins. He lived most of his life in the Smyrna area and was a member of the World Out Reach Ministery in Murfreesboro, Tennessee, he loved working in his yard and pool, was a avid Tennessee (GO Vols) football fan, and he loved his dog BO.
He is survived by his mother, Bertha Mae McConnell Watkins of Ardmore, AL, one brother, Barry Glenn (Libby) Watkins of Harvest, AL, one nephew, four nieces and several great nieces and nephews.
Funeral service will be at 2:00 PM on Tuesday, July 23, 2013, at Ardmore Chapel Funeral Home with Barry Landman officiating. burial will be in Mount Pleasant Cemetery, Ardmore, AL.
The family will receive friends from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM on Tuesday, July 23, 2013, at Ardmore Chapel Funeral Home.
