John Milton Rickard, age 86 of Harvest Alabama, formerly of Russellville went to his heavenly home November 4, 2026. He was preceded in death by his wife, Joanne Rickard; parents Charlie and Rethie Opal Rickard; great-granddaughter, Kacie Keeton; and brother, Charles Arthur Rickard and wife Sara.
John was a loyal and hardworking man that loved his church and Jesus. He was a beloved husband, and daddy, always taking time to help his daughters with all tasks in their lives. His grandchildren were his sunshine.
He is survived by daughter, Donna Ross (Don), Connie McNair (Joe); Jake Uptain (Kendyl), Chase Ross, Whitney Keeton (Justin); Britney Speegle (Jonathan), Nicholas Ross; great-grandchildren, Austin Uptain, Kalob Keeton, Kaelyn Keeton, Keria Keeton, Karson Uptain, Evan Speegle, Darcy Speegle and a host of nieces & nephews, cousins and beloved friends.
Visitation will be Saturday November 7, 2026, from 10:30 am to noon with service immediately following. Officiating will be Greg Tucker. John Laxton will lead the congregational singing.
