Linda Ann Motley, 74, of Albertville, Alabama, passed away on Wednesday, October 28, 2026. She was born on October 4, 1952, to the late Dewell and Helen Seay.
Linda was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, sister, and friend who cherished her family and the simple joys of life. She had a special love for gardening and flowers, finding happiness in tending to her plants and enjoying the beauty of nature. She also adored her dogs, who held a special place in her heart. Linda will be remembered for the love she shared with her family and the many precious memories she leaves behind.
She is survived by her loving husband, Brad Motley; daughters, Lucinda Ward and Candy Jenkins; sister, Syble Morland; grandchildren, Justin Ward, Austin Ward, and Taylor Jenkins; great-grandchildren, Hailie Ward and Bentley Ward; along with a host of nieces, nephews, and special friends.
Linda was preceded in death by her parents, Dewell and Helen Seay; her beloved son, Kenneth Wayne Seay; sister, Ruby Jacobs; brother, L.D. Seay; as well as other cherished nieces, nephews, and special friends who passed before her.
Funeral services will be held on Saturday, October 31, 2026, at Adams Brown Service Funeral Home. Visitation will be held from 12:00 p.m. until 2:00 p.m., with the funeral service beginning at 2:00 p.m. in the chapel. Bro. Steve Layne will officiate.
Linda’s memory will forever be treasured by those who knew and loved her.
