Phyllis Gail Clemmons Smith, 75, of Greenhill, AL, passed away at home on October, 23, 2026. Phyllis was retired from Eliza Coffee Memorial Hospital and was a member of Shiloh Church of Christ. Phyllis is survived by: Husband: Franklin Derance Smith Daughter: Kristy Dee Thompson (Pete) Brother: Kim Clemmons (Melanie) Sisters: Elnora Pettus & Susan Waller (Steve) Granddaughter: Tylyn Ballard (Justin) Grandson: Kasee Welles Thompson Great-grandson: River Ballard She was preceded in death by: Parents: Percy Phillip Clemmons & Audrey Evelyn Stewart Clemmons Brothers-In-Law: Larry Smith, Jerry Smith, Bobby Smith, & Tommy Pettus Visitation will be Wednesday, October 28, 2026 from 11:00 A.M. until 1:00 P.M. at Greenhill Funeral Home. The funeral service will follow in the funeral home chapel at 1:00 P.M. with Bro. Howell Bigham officiating. Burial will be in Shiloh Church of Christ Cemetery. Pallbearers will be Kim Clemmons, John Clemmons, Colt Clemmons, Nick Waller, Jeremiah Green, and Rick Clemons.
