Jackie Bostick McElrath entered into rest on October 22, 2026, at the age of 91. Born January 26, 1935.Jackie was born and raised in Lawrence County. She was very involved with their church throughout her life. She loved spending time with her grandchildren, along with her gardening, and taking care of her pets. Jackie was always helping people. She spent her life taking care of others. She was a loved member of every community she was a part of. Not a day went by where she wasn’t showing kindness. Till the end, people were expressing their fondness for her and talking of how much joy they were given to have known her. She was and forever will be, loved.
Jackie is survived by two sons, Allen and Bill McElrath; four grandchildren, Justin, Nicholas, Chloe, and Reese.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Buddy McElrath; parents, Dewey and Ruby Bostick.
A Celebration of Life Graveside Service will be held at Roselawn Cemetery on October 26, 2026, at 2:00 pm.
Roselawn Funeral Home has the honor of serving the family.
