Michael Steve Graves, age 71, of Fort Payne, Alabama, passed away on Tuesday, October 20, 2026, at Hospice Care Center in Chattanooga, Tennessee. He was born on July 29, 1955, in Cullman, Alabama, to Gene M. Graves and Peggy Jane Fell Graves.
Mr. Graves is survived by his loving wife of 44 years, Donna Winton Graves; daughter, Brittany Graves; son, Dustin (Jessie) Graves; grandchildren, Olivia Rose Graves, Reese Michael Graves, and Ross Franklin Graves; father, Gene M. Graves; and sister, Regeania Graves (David) Dickerson; niece, Chasity Dickerson; nephew, Matt (Caitlin) Dickerson. He was preceded in death by his mother, Peggy Jane Fell Graves.
Funeral services will be held on Friday, October 23, 2026, at 1:00 p.m. in the Adams Brown Service Funeral Home Chapel, with Bro. Dean Timbes officiating. Burial will follow at Memory Hill Cemetery in Albertville, Alabama. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Friday from 12:00 p.m. until the time of service.
