Ms. Williams, who died Friday, October 2, 2026, at Decatur Morgan Hospital, was born March 27, 1943, in Montreal, Canada to Gordon and Angela Ellacott. She was preceded in death by her husband, Paul Williams; her parents; and brother-in-law, Rod Phillips.
She is survived by her brother, Gordon Ellacott (Barbara); sister, Margaret Phillips; and seven grandchildren.
