Raymond Alexander passed away on September 24, 2026.
Raymond was a man who enjoyed the simple things in life. He loved spending time fishing and was an avid Alabama football fan. Above all, he cherished the people in his life and the many years shared with his family.
He is survived by his loving wife of 54 years, Janet Alexander; siblings, Margie (Dean) Moore, Edith Maddox, Randall Alexander, and Roger Silas; sisters-in-law, Joanie Isbell, Lisa Wilson, and Joanna Wilson; brother-in-law, Scotty Wilson; special niece, Anna Bodine and a host of nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Raymond was preceded in death by his parents, J.C. and Lorene Alexander; his brother, Keith Silas; brothers-in-law, Butch Wilson and Tim Wilson; mother and father-in-law Melvin and Ruby Wilson.
Funeral services will be held Tuesday, September 29, 2026, at Adams Brown Service Funeral Home.
Visitation will begin at 12:00 p.m., with the funeral service beginning at 2:00 p.m. in the chapel. Jackie Duncan will officiate. Burial will follow at Memory Hill Cemetery.
