Billy Doyle Conn, age 60 of Winchester, passed away on Sunday, September 13, 2026, at Ascension St. Thomas Rutherford in Murfreesboro. A native of Franklin County, he was born in Winchester on November 20, 1966, and was a graduate of Franklin County High School. Billy proudly served his country in the United States Air Force, eventually retiring as a TSGT. A Christian, he was of the Baptist faith. He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Oliver M. Posey, Vera Pauline Posey, and Nora Conn; and many aunts, uncles, and cousins. Billy is survived by his parents, William and Fay Conn; children, Diana Fay Conn (Jennifer Hernandez), and William “Billy” Oliver Conn (fiancé, Felicity Cyree), and Kayla Conn; grandson, William Oliver Conn; niece, Alex Little (Dylan) Sanders; sister, Tina Williams; long-time friend, Sherry Fishman; four-legged best friend, Jasmine Conn; and many aunts, uncles, and cousins.
