She passed away peacefully with family by her side and listening to the Gaither’s Singing. She was 91 years old. She was born on March 10, 1935 to Lum and Erma Ledgewood. she lived with her Aunt Ella and Uncle Ellis Walker from age 3 until she married Alfred Doc Robinson in 1953. She loved her family and church family. Laura Bell was a member of Iuka Church of God. She will be remembered for cooking big pans of chicken and dressing and homemade banana pudding. She enjoyed walking and taking care of her flowers. She was preceded in death by her parents, Lum and Erma Ledgewood; her aunt Ella and uncle Ellis Walker; her husband, Doc Robinson; one grandson, Adam Robinson; and all of her siblings, Louise Spangler, J.C. Ledgewood, Leroy Ledgewood, Emmogene Bullard, Faynell Davis, Verdell Ledgewood, and Wanda Schiler. She is survived by one daughter, Anna McKee (Johnny); one son, Rickey Robinson (Kathy); four grandchildren, Matthew McKee (Kristy), Mary Johnson, Emily Whitehurst, and Craig Robinson (Elizabeth); ten great-grandchildren, Gracie McKee, Addyson McKee, Luke McKee, Chloe Johnson, Camren Johnson, Tyler Crane (Joel), Jake Russell, Carson Robinson, Calie Robinson, Grace Robinson, and Bentli Ross; two great-great-grandchildren, Harper and Bentley Crane; and lots of nieces and nephews. Cutshall Funeral Home in Iuka, MS is entrusted with the arrangements. Visitation is scheduled for Wednesday, September 16, 2026, from 3:00 P.M. until 5:00 P.M. at Cutshall Funeral Home in Iuka. Services are scheduled for 5:00 P.M. on Wednesday, September 16, 2026, at Cutshall Funeral Home Chapel in Iuka, officiated by Bro. Rodney Windham. Burial will be in Campground Cemetery.
