Cynthia Derran Roberts, age 66, of Lineville, Alabama, passed away peacefully at home on September 5, 2026, surrounded by her loving family after an extended illness.
Cynthia was a beloved mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, sister, and friend. She will be remembered for the love she shared with her family and the many lives she touched throughout her life. Her memory will be cherished by all who knew and loved her.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Henry Ford Graben and Doris McVey Graben; her sisters, Keitha Spratlin and Patricia Musick; her son, Kenneth Graben; and her first husband, Rickey Charles Webb.
Cynthia is survived by her sisters, Gail Smith (Larry) of Bowdon, Georgia; Barbara Bridwell (Willie) of Bowdon, Georgia; and Gladys McClain (Darrell) of Roopville, Georgia.She leaves behind her children, Christopher John Brown (Kristie Brown) of Lineville, Alabama, and Tiffany Christine Webb Cantrell (Mike Cantrell) of Bremen, Georgia.
Cynthia was a proud and loving grandmother to Aaron Strader (Brianna) of Bremen, Georgia; Austen Brown (Michaela Brown) of Carrollton, Georgia; Tiffanie Brown of Villa Rica, Georgia; Angel Scarborough of Carrollton, Georgia; Maggie Scarborough of Carrollton, Georgia; Christian Brown of Lineville, Alabama; Amberly Campbell (Ethan Campbell) of Heflin, Alabama; and Michael Cantrell (Emily) of Bremen, Georgia.
She was also blessed with three great-grandchildren, Ethan Ham, Willa Pitts Ham, and Cyrus Campbell, who brought great joy and happiness to her life.Though Cynthia will be deeply missed, her love, memories, and legacy will live on through her family and all those who knew her. Her family takes comfort in knowing that she is now at peace and free from suffering.
A memorial service celebrating Cynthia’s life will be held on Saturday September 12th 2026 at 2pm EST, at Rehoboth Christian Center, 290 High St., Tallapoosa, Georgia 30176, with Pastor Paul Bailey officiating.
